If you are placing an order from outside the U.S. and are having trouble registering with PayPal, please see the instructions below:
1) From the Shopping Cart, click "Checkout" to go to the Payment Details page.
2) Find this line on the Payment Details page:

3) Click the button to go to a new page where you can enter your personal information. This page defaults to U.S. users. If you are outside the U.S. you need to find the link that says
| Location: Outside the U.S.? |
CLICK HERE to see a screenshot of the page with the link circled.
4) Click the "Outside the U.S." link to go to the page for international users to enter your personal information. Once you fill in this form you will be registered and you can complete your purchase.
If you are still having trouble. you can access the International users signup page directly by going here: ... ... Once you are signed up, simply go back to your shopping cart and click "Check Out" again and fill in your new login information.
