We found Owners Manuals (unfortunately, not the exercises) in pdf format for theTotal Gym 1000, 1500, and 1700 . The EX, Pro, Ultra, Supra, Max, Platinum and many others are very similar and these manuals would probably be helpful if you don't have any manual at all. If you need one of these manuals, email us and tell us which one you need and we will attach it to a return e-mail. It is free.
Improved Roller Wheels For Total Gym® 1000/1500/1700 Club/EX/Pro/Ultra/Platinum/Supra/XLi We have received many reports of broken or worn out wheels for these models of Total Gym®. We decided to upgrade this wheel by machining it out of solid engineering plastic like our upgraded Total Gym®2000 and 3000 wheels. It is much stronger than the original wheel. The original wheels are thermoplastic injection molded over a molded insert. Since the two layers will not bond, the result is not nearly as strong as using a solid material. The engineering plastic material is also stronger than the thermoplastic. We use the newer style bearings and we make a stainless steel bushing to go between the bearings
to protect against side loading the bearings, and the wheels are simple to install with the included instructions.
