Foot Harness
These foot harnesses are very strong and secure and use large areas of Velcro instead of the clumsy buckle to assure a snug fit and quick, easy use. The webbing is two inches wide and the 4 D-rings are made of stainless steel. These will fit all models of Total Gym® with a Leg Pulley Accessory. There is no buckle to struggle with, simply wrap the harness around, and the 2" wide Velcro holds very securely. We can put on the foot harness in about 6 seconds after a little practice. Instructions are included.

We have added a smaller size for the ladies. The regular size works fine for the ladies too, but they need to tuck the straps in a little bit. The new small size is designed for about ladies size 9 and below, but because of the wide variety of sneaker design, some with bulky soles and extra padding, this sizing is approximate. If two people, one with small feet and one with large feet are going to use the leg pulley accessory, it is not necessary to buy both sizes because the regular size will fit both.

Many of our customers purchase two foot harnesses so they can put them on both feet once and just change the snap-hook location. It saves the time of getting off the glide-board, changing the foot harness to the other foot and getting back on the glide-board. It is certainly not necessary but saves changeover time. Also, with the new double leg exercise capability of our Pulley Rope Upgrade (described below) two foot harnesses are needed to use it in double leg mode.

Pulley and Rope Upgrade
This is a heavy duty upgrade to the original pulley and rope that comes with the Total Gym® leg pulley accessory. This pulley and rope fits all Total Gym®s with the leg pulley accessory. This kit includes the rope, pulley, and two snap-hooks(Now with premium quality 316 stainless steel snap-hooks! The pulley is rated at over 450 pounds, and the rope at over 1 ton. There is a much less stretch with this rope for a more secure substantial feel. Now, our Pulley Rope Upgrade can be used as a conventional Leg Pulley Accessory or as a new Double Leg Pulley System for better leg stretching. When used as a Double Leg Pulley System two foot harnesses are used and are attached to each other through the pulley. When one leg goes down it stretches the other leg up automatically instead of raising the glide-board as with the conventional Leg Pulley Accessory. If both legs go down, the glide-board will raise. There are many more exercises you can do with the double set-up that you can't do with just the single. There is a quick changeover from one configuration to the other, although most exercises and stretches can be done with the double leg pulley configuration. Set-up Instructions are included.

Y-Attachment Replacement for D-ring

Y-Attachment and how it installs on a Total Gym® 2000, 3000, or XL

Because many people do not have the D-ring for attaching the Leg Pulley Accessory to the vertical column, we have developed a replacement for it. It is very strong and will work on any retail Total Gym®. It is comprised of chain links and a quick-link. Since the Total Gym® 2000, 3000, and XL have welded hooks for attaching the original D-ring, no other hardware is required to connect the Foot Harness Upgrade Kits below. However, for the Total Gyms® requiring a bracket on the vertical column, the Y-Attachment replaces the D-ring only, and the original bracket and mounting pin are still required.
